They do the best tire services here in Hobbs everything from mounting/pricing/balancing and quotes . I have purchased a set of tires on four of my vehicles and a set off rims on one car I own. I wont go anywhere else. Super quality service.

once he greeted me he verified the size of tires needed for my car and charged me the price that was quoted on the phone. my car was ready in an hour ready to go.

I love using Discount Tire! Ay time I have had to go to one of their locations whether it be out of town or out of state, they always provide wonderful customer service, education on vehicle maintenance, and of course provide their services in a reasonable time frame. I like their text message notification when your vehicle is ready whether you are in the store or have stepped out while the work is being done.

While traveling out of the town the next day, one tire almost fell off, one lug nut came off, all others could be turned by hand. VERY close call. We will never trust this company with our safety again. When I went in, they apologized and paid for the out of town service bill but considering how dangerous this was I feel they should have offered more.

My truck needed new tires which now a days is a pretty peeny. the qoute they gave us and the prices was unbeatable. Although my family my husband 5 year old son and 3 year old daughter and I were going to have to wait for them to be installed so i suggested my husband take the kids and I to McDonalds cause it was lunch time. My husband mentioned that he was going to drop us off and come back, the manager had an employee drive us to the mcdonalds so we could all eat together and have him come back to get us when the truck was finished! Talk about common courtesy they went out of their way to make sure we were comfertable and sure enough by the time lunch was over they were there to pick us up. I will be using them from now one just cause everyone was so nice and happy for that matter
