Gary and his crew were ALWAYS punctual. They also did a fairly good job of cleaning up after themselves. The initial part of the work went very quickly. The only negative criticism I have was that it took a bit too long to get the roofing material for my place--I felt that it could have been acquired through a different supplier and arrived quicker than it did (I had to wait about 3 months to get the roof repaired). It was nice to see a 15 year warranty on roof where other contractors only give a 5 year warranty. Perhaps the wait was worth it? Gary had his crew at my place quickly to repair the water damage in the back bedroom, but because the roofing material took so long to arrive, the ceiling got damaged again. Gary did take care of the repair for free after the roof was replaced, so kudos there! I would definitely recommend Gary and Contruction Advantage for any home remodelling/roofing job. I look forward to working with them again in the future.
