Technician came out and found a circuit board out. placed order and repaired when it arrived. Office always calls to follow up a day or two later to see if things are still working well.

Took a couple of days to get to my turn on the que. Technician called prior to arrival to ensure we were home and was very professional and efficient in his time usage. He had to order a part that took a couple of days to come in. He came back installed the part and serviced the A/C and it has worked well ever since. The company called after the job was completed with a follow-up and was very professional as well. Thank you CapRock for a job well done.

It took two days for them to work me in, but I understand it is in the order people call. My a/c had not cooled my house for the two of the three days prior to them arriving. The day before, it seemed to do better. The serviceman was VERY nice and very knowledgeable. He was unable to find anything wrong with the unit (which was a relief, I thought maybe the compressor was going out). He ran a series of tests. The only thing he thought might be affecting it was the fan speed was set to normal and could be put on high. This would allow the unit to cool the house quicker during the hottest days so maybe it won't allow it to start creeping up. He said to give that a try and if it does act up again, call him directly and he will come out as fast as he can so we can catch it acting up. Said there are several circuit boards that could be going out but if they are working now, he won't be able to know it. I was very pleased with his work and his willingness to return quickly if it happens again! Thanks Caprock!

They are good and responsive. I know them on first name basis now. When I call they investigate well and as they are up there in the country I understand if they cant get there in time. They do quality work when they come.
