He applied his knowledge of the State of New Mexico requirements for metering water use and installed the new piping and meter rapidly and effectively. This required some digging, purchase and installation of buried plumbing boxes and water meter, reorganizing and improving the existing water system. He visited before the job to investigate the requirements and returned as promised to rapidly conclude the job. The price was reasonable.
