+ -1 moreNeal was 2 weeks late starting the job, raised the price significantly after the contract was signed, and still has not finished the job almost 3 months later. This is partly due to supplier issues (Home Depot), but also due to Neal's laid back attitude. He has my money, but I don't have a finished job. If you hire him, do not pay him the full amount until the job is COMPLETELY DONE. I made that mistake and now need to hire another contractor to finish his work. Very disappointed.
