This project happened over the course of several months as we found more items that needed attention in order to prepare for our house sale. Shane, the owner, and several of his employees worked at different times. They were very polite, cleaned up their messes fairly well, and listened attentively to our needs. However, they didn't write anything down, so if I gave them a list of things that needed to be done, items were frequently forgotten. Even little jobs that they promised that they would come back and do were forgotten. They seemed scattered at times. Because there were many things to do in our home and there were be big gaps of time between their visits (due to their obligations at other locations), the jobs didn't go as smoothly as if they could have focused more.
However, whenever the workers were in our home, they used their time very well. They also did a great job communicating with us about problems they saw and where they were in the process of various tasks. I found that they more got done (forgot less) if I wrote a to-do list for them as I came across little jobs that needed to be done.
In the end, we still have a few loose ends that we'll have to clean up ourselves, but their electrical work appears to have been very well done. The ductwork looks great. We haven't had any circuits breaking and no longer have a fear of fire from wiring that was insufficient for the modern load put on this older home. They did a great job upgrading the safety of our electrical system. Their inexpensive lighting suggestions worked wonderfully. Everything is much brighter and more functional.
