First I bought my Prius here AND the experience was a good one; second: I do my periodic maintenance here and I've never had a problem with the service provided; Third: my car was hit and I had my body work done here and I was given a rose when I picked up my car additionally they included a minor paint job at cost; Fourth; I was told ahead of time that the tires would be on sale in the month of May; Fifth: I was offered to have a wheel alinement check and they saved me an additional $100.00. So needless to say I am very satisfied with their service and professionalism

They call to remind me of my appointment, and also sent an email. The service was completed in a timely manner (same day) and they called to notify me. They also provided a shuttle to the location in town of my choice.

We were traveling to South Dakota from farmington, NM. In walsenburg, CO our transfer case busted. We called around to local automotive shops for a new one but no one had the right one for our truck. We called to Webb and they were the only one to have one in stock. A relative picked it up for us and drove it out to us. If our relative wasn't able to deliver it for us, Webb was willing to ship it over night. We are very grateful for their help and having the part in stock.

They replaced the condenser which was not the problem. The air conditioning stated doing the same thing 20 miles later when we left the dealership. The squealing belt was worse than when we dropped it off. There was also a strong odor of antifreeze. We had to go to a carwash across the street as you could not see through the windshield, it was covered in coolant. Upon inspecting under the hood we found green antifreeze pooled everywhere. The car only takes orange antifreeze. We took the car back the next morning and were told that the air conditioning was working when we left! They did go ahead and replace the belt and washed off the coolant. They said that it was like that when they got the car in shop. ... The car is a Cadillac limo and had been detailed three days before. .. you could not have driven the car with the residue that was on windshield. .

See above. I can only add that I wish Webb's had a better selection of magazines in the waiting area, but on the other hand, the waiting room at the last place I used was small, there were NO magazines, the coffee was awful, and the t.v. blared some inane daytime talk show. I'd rather see Judge Judy.

This time, frankly, I was glad the big t.v. was not on. All personnel I had any contact with from mechanics to Service Reps was friendly and professional.
