They didn't know how to reinstall the carpet and ruined the carpet tack strips so the carpet wouldn't stay down. It wasn't stretched properly and they didn't have the proper equipment to do the job. They also charged an additional $900 over what we had talked about. Unfortunately, I didn't get a contract with them before the service was performed.

These guys were great.  They arrived right on time and quickly did quality work.  Two guys showed up, both of whom were extremely professional.  They cleaned my furnace's filter and took a look at it to make sure it would be ready to go for the fall.  Then they swept out my chimney.  They laid down some canvas so that no debris got on my floor/carpet.  It was pretty quick - one guy was on the roof sweeping while the other guy was by the stove running a giant vacuum cleaner.  My stove's never been so clean.  They also did a really good job of explaining the status of my stove.  We didn't have any sticky build-up in the chimney, for example, so the wood we're burning is good.  It's nice to get that kind of feedback from someone who just cleaned out your chimney.  I will definitely be using this company again in the future.

I wasn’t the most pleased. My carpets were still wet. Three days later the lady dropped off a fan and it cost me. It was not the best. They showed up right when they were going to. It took a long time for them to pick up the fan.

I called for an estimate and they were punctual in coming for that.  We set a date and time to have it done.  They called and said they were running late, but were here at the later time given.  It took them 2 1/2 hours.  Worked steady, polite and friendly.
