Scott is a courteous, prompt professional. He provided excellent communication and kept me apprised of his arrival time. He quickly diagnosed the problem with our freezer but did not have the necessary part to complete the repair. Since it was a Friday, he ordered the part and returned to install it when it arrived several days later. Fair prices and excellent work.
