Robbins was very professional, fast, and very informative. I highly recommend them for everyone's summer cooling and winters heating needs Whether you're experienced or dont know anything about cooling and heating systems they will ensure everything is running at peak efficiency. No one in the entire state of NM can come close to Robbins Heating & Air Conditioning. We have several tower sites that provide Telecommunications to several customers throughout the North area. When we have failures with our equipment we never hesitate to call Drew and his crew. I was served on the day scheduled, they matched my requested morning preferred, thoroughly checked each refrigerated air unit. Price seemed fair except for gas line modification I felt was overpriced but I did not allow that work completed once discussed. Very courteous service, managed key to building adequately-I did opt out of the commercial service agreement because it seemed far to high of cost. All other things went great. Staff at main office was great also.

Each time an appointment was scheduled, the employees showed up on time. The installation went as was planned, and all followup work was completed when promised. Everyone that I dealt with was courteous and helpful. I couldn't have asked for better service.

We were so pleased to find a company with such a good work ethic. Brenda was very good at listening to the problem we were having with our AC and made an appointment for the very next morning. Jason called before he came and showed up exactly when he said he would. He was very professional and took care to make sure the area he was working in was kept clean. Drew also came over and worked with him as our system is complicated and together they got it working. They were very informative on what they were doing and told us more about our system than the installer ever did when he installed it 4 years ago. These people were all great to work with and did not leave until they had it fixed. They also offer maintenance plans, which is great to know you will have a company with great people who will be taking care of your system. We highly recommend this company and their people

When calling the office Holly was professional and quick as if I had an emergency which made me feel like a VIP! Levi showed up promptly for our appointment and explained the various details of what he was going to do and then explained what he actual had to do when complete. He had answers to my questions and made me feel comfortable in his knowledge and experience. The approximate cost of service includes today's visit and another visit in the future for maintenance. They offer various maintenance agreements to fit everybody's needs.

I had the A/C looked at by an Angie's list B grade company. Was forced to do this by my home warranty. Their diagnosis was a bad TXV valve. As part of their repair estimate they quoted a total refill of refrigerant after replacment of the valve. I was skeptical mainly because they could have reclaimed most of the refrigerant and saved me a bundle. So I called Robbins and their technician Drew showed up right when they said he would. He took a quick look at the A/C and initially he conquered with the original diagnosis and even showed me a picture of the frozen TXV valve. However after talking to me he decided on his own to do a little more diagnosing. I'm glad he did because after taking this second look he found the unit was just low on refrigerant. Thank you Drew for taking the time to go the extra mile and finding the correct fix.

We hired this company to get a second opinion and it was certainly worth it. The first company we used said our unit was shot and quoted us $5000 to replace it. The Robbins representative fixed our unit, replaced shot parts, and now it is working better than ever. He was very thorough, nice, and professional. He explained everything in detail. Excellent service all around.

The cost of the gold tune up plan includes two check ups. Signing up for this was about the same as paying for two separate visits plus you get a discount on service and the big thing: priority service. I've had to wait three days with no ac just to have them show up for a diagnosis. I finally insisted that the tech come out to see what the problem was so he could at least order the parts. I had kept getting the " we'll be out tomorrow first thing" then the "well maybe later in the day", then "well the parts stores are closed so why bother coming out today, we'll be out tomorrow" and repeat. Once they did get here though the repairs were quick and inexpensive. They didn't try to gouge or say I needed something I didn't. The up shot is they are very busy as they are a good honest business. They also got out to do the repair before anyone else. Get the service plan so you'll be first in line when an emergency happens.

Richard an Estimator for Robbins came out was got under the house, on top of the roof looked over everything sat down and figured up a couple of different options to quote and have us choose from. He was very thorough and considerate of our home and used disposable shoe covers to keep from marking up anything. He spent about 3 hrs figuring everything up to get us the best price possible and what fit our needs. Unlike the other two companies who 1 gave me a quote with $ attached but no information as to what I was buying when I asked for more information and other more efficient option equipment they never called back or emailed a reply. Another concern I had with RA B is they were telling me my duct work under the house had to be replaced as it was duct board and by law they had to do it. Made sense until I learned that if the duct board was going to be disturbed it did not have to be replaced. it was also in very good shape not sure if they were pulling a fast one. the other company estimator came out and he was a very courteous rep but I was not impressed with his guess work on the size of unit I needed etc.. he promised a quote by Monday this was Friday and I did not hear back from him until Wednesday and he had been sick he said and by that time we had made our decision to go with Robbins Heating and Air as they were heads and tails above the other two. I week later they came and started installing the furnace and evaporator coil in the house, they cut in a new fresh air duct for the furnace and they had the furnace up and running by the end of the day. The Installer came back the next day and finished cutting in an additional duct and repairing a couple of existing ones. I was very pleased with the Tech's efficiency and workmanship Top Notch for sure. We have not had the condensor installed yet even though it is bought and paid for. Robbins is holding it until we get ready to add the outside electrical required for it. The warranty on that particular part will not start until we install it and they were great about keeping it at their shop.

They always arrived on time. They were very neat and wore shoe covered in my house to protect my carpet. They combined the billing from the plumber for the hot water heater so I would have one bill. They coordinated financing for me since I knew the job would be costly because of all the new equipment. They were very professional, communicated well and answer any questions I had. They cleaned up afterwards and you would never even know they were here except for all of the new equipment and quality workmanship.
