Whatever you do, DO NOT use Randall's Moving. They were absolutely horrible. This was my experience: My move was scheduled for Thursday, the 5th. Since the 4th was a holiday, I called on the 3rd to confirm. When I called, I got the recorded message that the number had been disconnected. So I freak out a bit, thinking that this company has gone out of business. I find their address online and drive out to it. I talked to a man who confidently assured me that I was on their schedule. I still wasn’t feeling great about it, but at this point I didn't have any other options. Well, the 5th comes around and they don’t show up. They were supposed to be there at 9:00 and just didn’t show. I waited and waited but I couldn’t get through via phone bc their phone was disconnected. So after TWO HOURS of just getting more and more worried I drive all the way back out the office and was told that they lost my information. The lady was laughing and smiling about it. Once they got there (two hours late), they did an ok job. But after dealing with all of the crap that I had to go through to get them there, there is no way I would ever recommend them. They didn’t even offer me a discount for all the trouble that they put me through. Stay far far away from this company.
