Talked to him about building a house for us. His pricing was way higher to build the house then any other contracor. His quote to draw up our house plans were way higher than any other contractor. The houses that he had built that we looked at showed sloppy work. He did show me his house which was done nicely.
Description of Work: Talked to him about building a house for us and drawing the house plans. We only had a rough sketch of what we wanted.
