Went pretty good. Arrived and someone was immediately out to the car to find out what services I needed and explained to me that they had free popcorn/soda/coffee for my wait. Within 5 minutes someone was consulting my on what additional services my car manufacturer recommended at the mileage on my car. After deciding on services the service was performed quickly. Upon checkout they offered some discounts since I had been there previously on multiple occasions. I will not, however, be returning because they did away with the Kendall oil that my husband and I prefer to use on our high mileage vehicles.
