Place was run like a friendly "mom and pop" store.  Welcoming, and courteous, which I appreciated being an out of town customer.  The receptionist game me accurate information about when I could get in.  Don was friendly and factual.  He stated a price and came within $25.00.  In the shop at 1PM, and out by 4PM.  Made an excellent referral for muffler repair, as well.

So the cable that releases my hood in the wife's car broke off in my hand.  I may have been able to do it but had no way to open the darn hood.  I called Don and he had me in and out the same day.  I am glad he done it because it actually opens easier than when the car was new and it was a pretty involved job.  You need to rip apart a lot of things to route the cable.

Let me tell you what.  Don is one h*** of a stand up guy.  So apparently this part breaks a lot on the Jeep Liberty.  Jeep being the greedy scam artists that they are told Don that they don't sell that part and I needed a new steering column...  Well he and I both found that they are liars but he could not get the part they don't sell it OEM.  I went online and bought the part and gave it to him. Most shops would never do this because they only use arts that they get.  Not Don though!  He put in the part and get me going for 1/4 of the dealership.  Actually less than that because the dealer wanted to do another diagnostic even though Don already found the problem.  If you want an honest job performed then go see Don.  You won't be sorry!

I've been using them for ten years. They've always done good work. They've always given me a quote upfront. They always stuck to that quote.

I will definitely go back with any new mechanical issues. Excellent customer service and communication. I called ahead to see if they worked on my model of vehicle but you wouldn't have to do that - I think they are capable of taking care of most issues. They were honest, fast, and didn't overcharge for labor.

This establishment has always been prompt, courteous, explained in detail what the problem was and the solution - offered me options - the price was fair and they always were very forthcoming with information, explaining everything to me and answering all of my questions. The work was excellent. Trust this Co. very much.
