COMPLETE LAWN CARE

Firstly the completed job was done in a professional manner. Secondly the reason for the POOR review is thus: My son and I walked the property with the lawn-man (Randy). Each bush, srub, tree and old tumbleweeds were pointed out. We asked Randy what would this scope of work cost. In the presence of both my son and I he said, "around $400, maybe a little more". We agreed and the job was done perfectly (no more, no less). Total shock when we got the bill for $672! I called Randy and he denied telling us "around $400, maybe a little more". The day I received the $672 invoice, I called Randy and told him what he quoted and he denied telling us that. I told him $672 was not what was discussed and we would not have chosen his company if he had quoted that price. I asked if he could help us out by reducing invoiced amount to his quote of $400 or so and that I would gladly pay the "little more" $72. He flatly refused to discount any amount. I told him this was bad business. I cut the check for the full amount and mailed the check. Lesson learned; IF you deal with this guy "not recommended" get the quote in writing. Does not honor his verbal quote and therefore has lost our business forever.
