Well we had never been to Farmington before and we had to rent a house sight unseen. I called her and she is one of the few places to allow dogs in her rentals. She is a very good landlord. At first we had plumbing issues and she was VERY fast to resolve the problems. After that everything was great. I would recommend her to anyone looking to rent a place here.
