Terrible! I needed these repairs done ASAP since we were moving in a couple of weeks and needed to sell our house. I called two days in a row at7:30 am to catch the owner to plead for him to come out and tell,me what needed to be done. He told me he would come then just didn't show up. What a waste of time!

Our roof had a leak. We needed to get it done before our daughters wedding, held at our house. Called Basin Roofing and made an appointment for the estimate. The owner came and viewed the roof. He set the date to do the work. The day came they were there bright and early. Explain what needed to be done after they had stripped all the shingles down to the plywood. Overall experience was excellent!
