I can not warn you enough about this company!  My husband and I bought a property that had previously had a roof leak.  Our realtor told us it had been fixed by atencio, but shortly after the purchase of the home it was leaking in the same spot again.  So, once again Atencio was hired to fix the roof leak. We were not at the house at the time of service, but were told it was fixed, and the service was paid for.  Months of no rain, and then a storm hit.  I bet you can guess what happened... the roof was leaking once again in the very same spot!!!  We immediatly called Atencio, because they were the ones that has done the work to fix it.  It was apparent that the work had either not been done or was not done correctly.  The man we spoke with was rude and told us that they had patched our roof and that it was probably leaking elsewhere.... then he told us there were no guaruntees with a patch.  It was not leaking from elsewhere... IT WAS THE SAME SPOT!  Also, they had just done the work a couple months prior... I would expect a patch to last more than 2 months.  Then when we told him we wanted someone to come out and check it... he blew us off!  Terrible service in everyway.  Needless to say, we called another roofer to come do the work this time around.  When the new roofer went up to check out the leaky area, he told us that there was no evidence that anyone had fixed anyleak up there at all.  We now had to pay another roofer to fix the work that was supposed to have been done aready.   So basically, they were paid for work they never even did, then treated us poorly.  DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
