Joe came to my home and assessed the issues with my laptops. He took them with him to work on them. His rates are reasonable and if he can't fix the problem, he won't charge his flat fee for that laptop. Joe gave me an estimated time for returning my laptops to me and said that if there was more time needed to complete the job he would contact me. He also gave me his card and said to contact him if I had any questions. He was courteous and didn't talk down to me.

Joe called me before I could call him. While other local computer repair companies didn't answer the phone or told me to take a number (figuratively), Joe dove right in and helped me solve my problem over the phone, though he offered to come out within an hour if needed. Hard nowadays to find really responsive people. Joe was a godsend.
