Perfect! John was recommended to us by a Santa Fe Realtor who calls him a septic genius. We were having problems getting a straight answer about the actual repair/work that was necessary to get our septic permitted [so we could complete the sale of our house]. John knows New Mexico Septic Regulations like the back of his hand. He determined we didn't need to replace the whole septic tank and drain field like the other Septic inspectors were recommending (consequently they also sell septic tanks/systems). He is not a biased inspector & does not sell septic systems. He literally saved us ten to fourteen thousand dollars! Our septic was repaired with sanitary T's and a filter and quickly passed inspection and permitting.
