.The entire process was very well handled and professional. I recommend Xact Roofing to anyone. After we agreed to a price and schedule, a dumpster was delivered early to my residence to accept all of the demolished materials. The old roof was removed in two days. The crew was very careful to keep my property clean. They cleaned the roof and the area around my house at the end of each day. I had a stack of plywood sheets next to the house that came from the porch roof completed earlier by my son-in-law. I mentioned that I was going to move the plywood to another location. I came home from work and the plywood had been moved for me. I'm an architect by profession and perform inspections on commercial projects and bottom line, this roof was installed per code, per industry standards and I am very pleased. The wind in the Edgewood area can easily exceed 60mph gusts. I have had no peel ups or problems at all with the material and installation.

The job went well and on schedule. Ray kept me informed of the progress and provided details about the work he was doing as he performed it.

He's down-to-earth and yet professional, efficient and precise - the shingles are in perfect alignment and trimmed to precise dimensions. Ray has roofed several homes here in Edgewood New Mexico, and took me around to see some of his jobs before he even started on my mine. The work was done over two years ago, and if he sees me outside he'll stop and chat, and occasionally walk around to admire his work - and make sure I am completely satisfied.

I highly recommend him.

As a side note, I was prepared to go with metal roofing until I talked with Ray - and I'm glad I stayed with asphalt shingles; many - too many - homes in the area (my father's included) have leaky metal roofs. My father had the roofers over 12 times - seriously - NO EXAGGERATION - 12 TIMES! and his metal roof still leaks.

After storm damage I was looking for a fair, honest roofer, I happened to see Xact inc working on several other houses in my Edgewood neighborhood. I called them and Ray came by promptly and gave us an estimate. We decided to use xact and they quickly replaced our roof. They finished including cleanup within a week of contacting them. We were very pleased with the service and our roof. The shingles were 130mph wind resistant. Since then we have had several severe storms and we have experienced no problems. I would reccomend Xact roofing to anybody in the Edgewood NM or Albuquerque NM area anytime.

It went well. Done at the cost quoted. Wokers arrived on time and cleaned up everyday after the were done. Work completed on time as well.

Everything was fantastic. The price was exactly what he said it would be. It only took a day or two for him to get to the work and he is one of the most honest people I've ever dealt with. His time frame was right on. He said it would take about 4 days to complete the work and he was done in about 3 and a half days. I live out of state, so it's good to know I can rely on someone to do the work when I'm not there. I would highly recommend him to anyone who needs their roof repaired or replaced.. He was one of the lowest estimates that I received.

Like a well oiled machine, they knocked it out in 2 1/2 days. 1300 square foot building. Edgewood NM

He did the work in one day and gave me 110 mph wind tiles. The people that worked for him cleaned up after themselves and they completely cleaned the mess out of my yard.

Move on to a different licensed and verifyable contractor.
