+ -1 moreMy experience, I would never do business with windmill water co in edgewood nm ever.
Description of Work: I order water delivery service, being that I am disabled going on 5 years now. I live in the country and DO BOT have transportation. I explained my situation to the owners wife and the owner himself. They both agreed to be as helpful as they could. I ordered the only dispenser they had in stock at the time a room temp and cold, being promised a hot and cold within the next 3 weeks. the hot/clod dispenser never came, there was never a word discussed about getting it to me. after only 5 weeks of service the owner sent me a letter stating I owed them an order of 5 five gallon water bottles and they were raising the rent on my dispenser 80%. The owner came rudely to my home which I am stuck in due to a cut spinal cord, broke c-2 , and a freshly ripped off scalp, and demanded me give him everything. The owner himself told me the bottle deposit would be returned to my account, I have yet to see the bottle deposit returned and the person that owns the windmill water co. in Edgewood nm is also a police sheriff or did work as citizen protection at one time. I made phone calls to the business to make attempts at collecting the debt and the owner threatened to call his police friends on me to make my life worse. I recorded every phone call with the company even before starting service just for my protection and and quality assurance of coarse. The owner can dispute none of the claims. I will allow anyone that wants listen to the treatment from this coward.

+ -1 moreI first called another bottled water delivery service company - a few times - trying to get information, but the contact was rude. I then called Windmill Water and got polite, affable service. Sometimes they left the wrong number of bottles, and it took a few months for my final credit to show up - but they were always polite and responsive when I called, and the water seemed very good! I'd use them again if I had the need here in ABQ. It's expensive, but no more so than other services.
Description of Work: Windmill Water delivered our bottled water for about a year, until we put a purification system into the house.
