Couldn't have gone better. Paul came out promptly and pointed out what had to be done. He had to fix a few of the traps and remove the exterior hose bib. Excellent experience overall.. Will use him again.

This guy is awesome!! We had a leak in the basement and subsequently had to turn off all the water. After one phone call he came out straight away and fixed it all. We had our water back on in less than an hour from our first contact. Paul is definitely the plumber for us, prompt, professional and very personable?

Everything got done thoroughly and professionally, despite a few surprises once the walls were opened up.  There were delays due to deaths in the family - both mine and his - and he communicated well about the resulting delay.  There was never any doubt where he was or when he would be back, and he arrived as stated, did the work, and finished promptly.  He had to make an extra trip due to a delay with another tradesman, and he took it in stride, returned promptly, and did not go above his initial estimate, even though the actions of others caused the job to take more time than he had anticipated.

I cannot recommend Paul highly enough. He has been a plumber for a time and his experience really shows. His charges are reasonable because he only charges for the time he works, and doesn't round up to the next hour or half hour. As far as the parts he had to buy, he included those at his cost, with no markup. He is always very busy, but if I have an urgent situation he will find the time to come by. He is very professional, yet at the same time has a great personality - it is fun to have the plumber over when the plumber is Paul Rhodes

Paul answered his phone right away when I called about the leaks. He scheduled the repair appointment for the next business day. Showed up on time, and with all the parts he needed to make the repairs. Super nice, friendly guy. Thoroughly cleaned up after himself. Seemed very knowledgeable and was fairly priced. We definitely have a new plumber! Also, he is bonded and insured. It says he's not on his Angie's list page.

They cleared the drain my water softener was tied into and when it cycled it would cause a mess. Fantastic work and easy to work with. He sings while he works and is extremely reasonable in price. I'd recommend him in a heartbeat.

Paul showed up at 7:05 AM and was ready to go. When he took alook at our spigots, he told us that they were actually quite high quality and that we shouldn't waste our money, and that the one that broke was probably a one-off. He went into town, got a high-quality replacement, and it now works! He also gave us great advice on our water softener. Paul is prompt, outgoing, funny, competent, and a lot of fun to chat with. We'll recommend him to anyone!

He was very responsive, thorough and did everything in a timely manner. The only area of concern I had was that I thought his prices were a little high for the area; other than that he was very good. I will use him again in the future.

Paul came over very quickly as he had an appointment cancel. He took a look at the problem areas and determined how to repair/replace them. He had to run into town as the local building supply provider didn't have what was needed. Paul fixed the problems and left. His hourly rate seemed a bit high for the area. However, the quality of Paul's work was excellent.

Paul arrived on time, and went straight to work. He completed everything quickly and cleanly. He was very pleasant and very professional. The quality of the work was exceptional and I feel better that my plumbing is in much better condition now. I will definitely use him again.
