While he was here, looking at the attic fan, I brought up other issues of the GFI outlets not working and one of the breakers in the electric panal occasionally trippin; Shane ended up adressing everything in just one trip. Shane charges by the hour along with a small trip charge for the service call. His rates are very reasonable, and we felt confident in his ability and knowledge. We would defiantly use him again.
