Emiliano was excellent, knowledgeable, and thorough. He was fully informed on insurance claims, explained the process and acted as my advocate with the insurance adjustor (I highly recommend using this advocate service). Emiliano went the extra mile as far as adjudicating the claim, and he and Manuel supervised the roofing job with attention to detail. What I thought would be a difficult process was easy. I highly recommend Jennifer Homes and would use them again.
