The company name was formerly Perfect Environment but so many people sued them they changed their name and had their son open up under a different name. They charged us for a 4 ton unit when they only installed a 3 ton unit and I tried to get them to come back out because the unit was not working but I couldn't. The installed the unit months after the date they originally gave me. I finally had another company come out and look at the unit and they informed me that it was only a 3 ton, not a 4 ton.
