Feb. 2014--And it continues. Yes, we broke down and bought some more from them. They sent wrong item, then refused to pick it up. But---they sent their collection goons to demand money and I practically shoved the chair in their faces! I just goes from bad to worse with them! They are a franchise so nobody in corporate will listen or do a thing, so they get away with it. Any mistake is the customer's fault! Any problems, don't bother complaining cause they only laugh at you. FIND ANOTHER STORE!! GO TO SILVER CITY WHERE THE PEOPLE ARE SOOOOOOOOOOOO GREAT! LIKE A DIFFERENT WORLD!
