The service guy carried the bike in from my car - good start. Gave me an estimate of the repair costs, a completion date and I was on my way. The bike was actually done a day early. All repairs were done as requested.

We never leave without a great solution for any of our needs with two growing boys, we are super lucky to have them in the area to continually upgrade our "fleet of bikes"

Stevie was great. I took my 13 year old nephew's bike in for service as he could no longer shift to higher gears. The bike was actually purchased at a garage sale and had some rust at the wheel axle and along the chain. Stevie offered to do a full tuneup as well, so I authorized that work too. The shifter pin had broken, which he did try to repair before replacing it. When I picked up the bike, I purchased a bottle of chain oil and he showed me how to properly apply it, which I then passed on to my nephew. When my nephew took his bike for a test ride he asked, "are you SURE you didn't get me a new bike?" My niece's bike also had a small issue with one of the elements used to support the chain. I returned to Stevie with her bike and he had it all fixed up in a couple of days for a very reasonable price. I highly recommend Stevie's for any biking needs (he has lots of bikes for sale too). Clearly an expert in his craft with personalized customer service.

The staff was very friendly and professional. They didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need or do any work that wasn't necessary. I would recommend them to my friends. The price was very reasonable and they did the work in one day

They have excellent service and the price is very reasonable. They are very thorough. They are very honest as well and won't try make you buy something if you don't need it. I would recommend them to anyone!
