MTM Windows Ways

It was terrific.  Mark and his sons were wonderful.  I highly recommend this company and wouldn't hesitate to use it again.

They were really efficient, they did things in a timely manner, neatly and the price was very good. Somebody had broken a window and I was going to sell my home and I think it really improved the appearance and the efficiency. I don't have leaky windows. They don't have sales staff, it's just the guy who installs, so the price was much lower than the other companies. I thought the quality was ever bit as good. I liked the quality of the window, I liked the price and I was comfortable with the person who was the installer. It was a man, he had some assistance, but actually the person who sold them to me was the same person who was installing them. They did beautiful work. No damage to the stucco and I think they may have had to do minor stucco touch ups but you couldn't see anything. It was perfect work. I would tell friends and family installed them now rather than later so you can start redeeming the benefits. It takes a while to get the windows ordered because they are custom made.

Mark arrived exactly when he said he would for both the estimate and the work. The windows took a few weeks to arrive and he was able to install them the day that he got them. When doing the stucco repair, which was only needed in one small spot, he matched the stucco almost exactly even though it required 2 trips to different suppliers to match the color. He and his sons worked very quickly and finished the job by mid-afternoon. They were wonderfully polite, did beautiful trim work and cleaned up well after themselves. The cost was exactly the same as the estimate. I wish I had heard about him years ago!

He was very pleasant and did a decent job. He had to postpone the job several times. He was a little sloppy with the caulking. He was very rushed because he had other things going on. I think he could've done a better job with the caulking. He also did not clean up, and I had to do that myself. I have recommended him to friends, though.
