+ -1 moreDo to the convoluted nature of this transaction, I had to pay nearly $7000 to correct problems identified prior to the sale and Mr. Walker's less than candid communications did not assist in this being resolved equitably.
Description of Work: While purchasing a house in Corrales, defects were identified during the inspection process. Mr. Walker in e-mails dated September 8th, 2011 indicates the status of quotes and their progress, while in an e-mail in January or 2012 when significant post sale repairs are required, he states "to the best of my knowledge, Seller (his client) did not employ Bolivar (repair person)."
