 + -1 moreWe contacted Mick Harper after a neighbor recommended him. We called twice, with no return calls. We then attended a fund raiser for his election campaign, and again asked him to call because we had a small job that we wanted him to bid on. He assured us he would call...... We called again, after several weeks, and again, no return call. Our feeling is if you have a small job, he is definitely not interested. If you have a large, expensive job, he will probably respond.
