I trusted this guy and I have used him for several years and I have been happy wit with him and the work he has done. He has always done a good job. He loves when I ask him questions and he will tell me straight what it is. I was very happy with him and his prices are good. When I am replacing that water heater I will definitely use.

The first time, they called me back after 2 days. They did a fine job, although a little frustrating to talk to him on the phone. The next time, on 11/13/13, it took 3 days to call me back. My kitchen sink was backed up and couldn't use it. When he finally did answer, JoeBob hung up on me because I was asking for a specific time and date. Will not ever use these guys again!!!

I called this company on Monday evening and they were at my house on Tues. AM to move the water and drain lines for a kitchen remodel.
I have used this plumber for 10 years and am very happy with every job they have done for me. The owner will stop on his way home from other jobs to fix minor issues (running toilet, irrigation leaks) and is always cheerful.
Great company.

Joe Bob Nunez, who owns All Around Plumbing is very friendly. Seems he just cannot say 'No', use a clock or a phone. I took a day off work (no work, no pay) to meet his scheduled arrival, which came and went . No show no call. When I finally called him to inquire, he said he could come the next day. Arg. So I lose two days' pay. This was last year. He finally got here and installed a new swamp cooler, but when I caught him using the old cooler's motor, he agreed to put in a new one. He also installed a thermostat. The thermostat has never worked, so this spring, I called him to start up the cooler and replace the defective thermostat. Same scenario. I took a day off work, and when he had not showed up by 5pm, I called to inquire about what was going on. He said the next day would be better for him. I told him that would be fine, but I could not take a whole day off just for this to happen again. So he came out unexpectedly at 8:30 pm replaced the thermostat. Well, this thermostat does not work either. And the cooler is not working. The daytime temps in Albuquerque this past week have been at 100 degrees, and night time is not a whole lot cooler. I cannot use my master bedroom, the heat is so oppressive. This guy comes off as real nice, but his work is shoddy and his schedule is unreliable. I am now looking for a new plumber to clean up Joe Bob Nunez's big costly mess.

They showed up, did the work, I was satisfied. They took a little extra time to examine a couple of other issues for me.

Overall it went very well. They took the thing apart, found out what was wrong, got parts and came back and put the new parts on and its been working ever since. They also do not overcharge.
