Called Zia mechanical for details about our bill and for accurate times of arrival and when they actually left our house. Our house was for sale and told them to show up at 1000 the realtor says they showed up @ 1000 and I came home at noon to see if they were still working. They were not there when I arrived. Per our discussion he took offense and started to use foul language and disrespect myself for asking if we could get more details and stated he charged for driving to our house. At 75 dollars I hope they don't expect for us to pay for their stop at the local all sups....

They were here at the appointed times and continued the work until it was completed...workers very nice, cleaned up the mess, and hauled away the old a/c and furnace
