cNot well. I got them about 3-4 months ago and signed a contract with them expecting them to keep up their part of the contract, well, I got very bad service. Every day there was time I had no service at all and when I did it took two hours to download email and longer to download any zip files. I contacted them and the tech's said I had the best they could do because I was unable to receive their signal any better from their towers. PUrchased a longer cord and tried their internet in every window of the house and was still unable to receive their signal even after getting a new interent box. I cancelled their service and got Century link which is great but, now Plateau is sending me a bill for $200 because I broke contract with them. I don't think they should since I had really bad service from them. The man that installed my century link told me he had buildt the Plateau system and unless you are close to their north or south tower you will get bad service. Well, they should have told me that in the first place and I wouldn't have gone with them but, they neglected to tell me that. It was so bad, I almost gave up using the internet.
