I didn't want to change from Plateau but my area was bought out by another carrier and i was left with no option but to change and deal with higher prices.

I like their service. We don't seem to have as many dropped calls as other providers. The overall experience has been excellent. I would use this service again.

Plateau Cellular service provides horrible coverage and services. Customer care is good and does all they can but the coverage and plans are nearly worthless. Time after time they focus on expanding their area instead of perfecting the areas they have. As a business user I rely on data services for work. Plateau's data only works half of the time.
