I recently poured a concrete slab in my backyard and needed to have my AC unit relocated within my backyard. I called Jeff with ITS to set up a time to disconnect and relocate the unit. His guys were punctual and extremely professional at their craft. My unit was disconnected and installed in just a short period of time. I am extremely happy with the service and truly recommend ITS. Mr.Tharp came to the house to size up the job for an estimate. He pointed out the fact that the unit was way under-sized for our 2400 square foot house. He also said that he could fix the lack of airflow in our house. He gave us an honest estimate for the new system which included some construction work. The install was done very professionaly and they did a great job cleaning up after themselves. Our new system works great and has all the power that we need for a house our size. I highly reccomend ITS and Mr. Tharps services.

Owner Mr. Jeff Tharp was very profession and honest. Quoted me $6000.00 for the entire job and when all was said and done he charged me $5400.00, you don't see that very often. The crew showed up early and did an outstanding job. I was very impressed with the way they handled themselves, they took extra care as to not damage anything inside or outside the house. When the job was complete they cleaned everything up cleaner than it was before. I would definately offer a recommendation for I.T.S. for anyone in need of AC/heating work done.
