I had a warranty item that needed to be replaced and provider ordered and received items in a timely manner. However the service department manager/reception gentleman was not very friendly and seemed to not want my input on the symptoms. I am knowledgeable about autos and felt disrespected by this employee. The most of the staff were friendly.

They were good. I am clear over here in Indiana, and I was trying to take care of my brother who is profoundly deaf in New Mexico. So, they interacted with me. They would call me and tell me that he was in for such and such. They alert me to everything that needs to be done. They are dealers, so, they are more expensive than a mechanic would be, but they are no more expensive than another Honda dealership here in town.
