 + -1 moreI had a warranty item that needed to be replaced and provider ordered and received items in a timely manner. However the service department manager/reception gentleman was not very friendly and seemed to not want my input on the symptoms. I am knowledgeable about autos and felt disrespected by this employee. The most of the staff were friendly.
Description of Work: I had a module that needed to be replaced.

 + -1 moreThey were good. I am clear over here in Indiana, and I was trying to take care of my brother who is profoundly deaf in New Mexico. So, they interacted with me. They would call me and tell me that he was in for such and such. They alert me to everything that needs to be done. They are dealers, so, they are more expensive than a mechanic would be, but they are no more expensive than another Honda dealership here in town.
Description of Work: We have used Bender Honda-Nissan for redoing my brother's auto air conditioner, timing belt, new battery, new water pump, and brakes. My brother had been taking the car there for oil changes too.

Description of Work: The sells rep was outstanding. However, don't by a car on the weekend because you will be going away with a dirty car and they will not fill the gas tank. They promised they would diliver the second key to the vechile on Monday and when call on Thursday that week was informed they did not have a key and could buy one for $130.
