From our first contact, I knew this company was special. I interviewed every pest control company in this area, and got a special feeling from Affordable Pest Control's personable phone demeanor and contact availability. They didn't talk to me like I was just a number, or someone calling them inconveniencing them. They didn't rush me, they spoke to me on the phone like a friend! They took the time to care for me, being extremely afraid of spiders and needing help immediately. They DID NOT bad mouth their competitors when I asked them about them, a standard practice of mine to assess a company's integrity right off the bat. They drove to my home to introduce themselves and share with me what they could do for our problem and offer us a service agreement, a mere hours after my initial call. Upon first meeting, they put me at ease with their professionalism answering questions with regards to their contract, taking the time to fully explain every aspect of it I was wanting clarity or reassurance about and all this while remaining HUMAN! No sales pitching, no unrealistic claims, just real people doing honest work at a fair price. I had a special friendship with my exterminator from our previous base, being some one we see on a monthly basis, and never thought another exterminator would become so close to our family again. We were so wrong! I have to say our relationship with Affordable Pest Control has far surpassed that of our previous base, and we have gained friends for life! They took such great care of us for two solid years, sometimes coming out multiple times a month to help us when we needed it. We lived in a base house that has huge gaps in the walls and windows that allowed snowflakes to enter unharmed! Bugs were a huge problem. Affordable Pest Control even went beyond the call of duty to help seal holes in the baseboards and behind the stove where the government would not out of laziness, to keep bugs out of our home. They deserve this whole City's business, because they truly care, know their trade and do it well, and will go out of their way to help and all for a fair price. They offer a military discount, as well. Always pleasant to do business with, this company is GOLD. If you want service that outshines the competitors by using safe products made of green organic gardening friendly chemicals, a company that truly CARES about you as a person, a company that believes in charging FAIR prices and giving great service, always, please look no further than Affordable Pest Control.
