THE CUSTOMER ORIGINALLY RECEIVED A BID FROM US BASED ON A "PACKAGE", THEN PURCHASED INFERIOR EQUIPMENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND CAME BACK TO US FOR THE INSTALLATION, DEMANDING THAT WE HONOR OUR ORIGINAL INSTALLATION ESTIMATE PROVIDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE! NOW, THEY WASTE THEIR TIME TRYING TO TARNISH OUR REPUTATION."
