THEY RESCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT. THE WORK WAS SATISFACTORY. THEY GAVE ME AN ESTIMATE OF 1 PRICE AND WHEN THEY ARRIVED AT MY HOME THEY GAVE ME A HIGHER ONE. I WAS NOT HAPPY WITH THE OVERALL EXPERIENCE.

WE HAPPEN TO KNOW WHO FILED THIS COMPLAINT AS IT'S THE ONLY ONE WE'VE EVER RECEIVED. THE CUSTOMER ORIGINALLY RECEIVED A BID FROM US BASED ON A "PACKAGE", THEN PURCHASED INFERIOR EQUIPMENT FROM ANOTHER COMPANY AND CAME BACK TO US FOR THE INSTALLATION, DEMANDING THAT WE HONOR OUR ORIGINAL INSTALLATION ESTIMATE PROVIDED IN THE PACKAGE PRICE! NOW, THEY WASTE THEIR TIME TRYING TO TARNISH OUR REPUTATION.
