When the technician (BJ) arrived, he came up to the door and introduced himself and then asked about the concerns we had. After we told him our story, he then explained the treatment he was going to do and then set out to work. I have small children and he was able to explain about how the products work and showed me the product to relieve my concerns. The service was exactly as he said it would be, he even showed me some areas of the house he saw as a potential issue. Then he gave me some ideas for keeping the bugs out. I was floored, not only did they arrive when they said they would, the technician even stopped to visit with my 4 year old who is always curious about new things. He was very professional and nice to deal with.

I'VE MET THE OWNERS AND THEY ARE REALLY FRIENDLY. I ALSO THOUGHT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS WONDERFUL. WHEN THE EMPLOYEES CAME OUT TO WORK ON THE YARD THEY WERE VERY FRIENDLY AS WELL.
