Shelly Garriott

I like Shelly because she made herself available and worked around our schedule to show us the houses we were interested in. She also was working with a lender and the lender was helping us to qualify for a loan. She worked really hard. She was very professional and reliable. I felt like I could really count on her work. There was a problem with the plotting of the land was messed up so we almost bought half a house and half an acre instead of a whole house and a whole acre. It wasn't her fault, it was the way the city had done the paper work but because of that it was pushing our closing back. She was on the phone constantly with the city and the other realtor and staying on top of it so we could have the closing by the end of May. And I believe in my heart that if it had been any other realtor, we would have been closing later. She pushed to get it done. She made sure that we would get the house. It was awesome. She was always on time and very professional. I have been recommending her to my friends. I would give Shelly an A+ 100%.

After our week of investigating the area, we decided that Connie was more than honest and would go to bat for us and her clients with equal dedication. We found a home that we agreed would be a good fit for a good long time and Connie went to work with the listing agent. We had a very good experience, not that it wasn't challenging in the current financial climate with all the new rules that are in play, but Connie anticipated everything and we closed right on time and are now very pleased with our new home. Connie is a true professional and we would highly recommend working with her.
