He didn't fix the leak but charged us anyway.
Description of Work: We had a leak in the yard and you could see it was leaking because the ground was wet, but he just covered the hole, charged us $90 and left.

We should have asked more question before hiring them. We did not ask about their guarantees. He came out and fixed the leak but it came back less then a month later. We have called him a few times to fix the leak. Each time he charged us a separate service charge.
Description of Work: He was hired to fix a small leak in our plumbing.
