It went well till he found a leak in the vent line, and thought it needed to be replaced

We should have asked more question before hiring them. We did not ask about their guarantees. He came out and fixed the leak but it came back less then a month later. We have called him a few times to fix the leak. Each time he charged us a separate service charge.
