I received a call letting me know when they were on their way. The technician was friendly and very informative. I was told what was being done through the entire repair process. The repairs were made quickly and the problem was resolved. I would recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them again. I found them through Angie's List.

The whole experience went much better than I had hoped...the estimated time table to replace the unit was actually moved from the Tuesday after Memorial Day to the Friday before the holiday...so I was pretty excited to say the least. They arrived at a little after 8AM and had the new unit up and running before noon. Everyone was extremely professional and polite. I was extremely impressed with this company and I wouldnt hesitate to use them again. I strongly recommend this company!
