We have used the Bug Man for years. Roger Leopold was our regular sprayer but he retired a couple of years ago. All the good reviews on Angie's List are from his era (2017 and prior). Since changing hands, the quality is much lower. We used to have Roger come out in the Spring, found dead roaches everywhere the day after he sprayed, and were roach-free all summer. For the last 2 years, the new guy came out in the Spring, we found only a few dead roaches, and they were back in a couple of months. New owner says they only respray for free within 30 days. Paying $85 every 31 days seems very excessive.

They were fine, they came right out. They were one of the few people that did not try to get me into a contract. I didn't have to sign a 2 year contract with them. I like that. I didn't have a problem with them, however I actually had a hard time getting any sort of documents from the company itself as far as work that was done and when they were supposed to come back. They are reputable, don't get me wrong. I had several conversations with them. It took probably 3 or 4 phone calls to them before I got something from them. They said they would send them, but I didn't receive anything. The service was fine, but the follow-up was not too good. They were pretty good, and good about coming out. They came out and did the work when they were supposed to and did what they supposed to.

Service call lasted approx 45 min. Mr. Nicholson was friendly and professional. Very cognizant of my pets and even took care not to impact a dove nesting in one of our trees. Sprayed the inside first, then the outside. Sprayed the entire yard to include plants, scrubs and trees. He also sprayed outside the back wall any potential bug entry points. He targeted spiders, ants, roaches, centipedes, scorpions and wasps. After spraying, he applied additional ant control material to aunt hills.
