Did not solve my problem. While the technician was on time and professional, their treatment did not solve my issue. When I called back to discuss, the owner was very argumentative and did not return my call later as promised. I ended up using another service, who both listened and treated the problem aggressively. They did solve my problem and I will use them next time. The pity is I had to pay for it twice, since it was not fixed the first time.

Scheduled to inspect. Several hours late. Called office and they said they would try to find him and call back. Never returned call. I ended up using Roy's pest control

I've been using Bugman Pest Contol from Bosque Farms for 10 years on three different properties in Albuquerque. They have always been diligent in eco-friendly methods. Pet safe, human safe, kitchen & food area safe. Wonderful staff, very professional and nice. On one of our properties, they took extreme care around our pond. We never lost a single fish, turtle, or plant.

We have been customers for years, and they always come at the time they say they will be there. Friendly service. One spray for ants and that will take care of the problem for at least a year. The gophers are a constant problem, but that is the nature of the little beasties. The Bug Man is one of the few companies we could find that would even attempt to help us with the gopher problem. They really work with us, adjusting service as needed and are willing to set up a reasonable monthly plan. We are very happy with the service they have given us.

Jake is THE BEST!! We used him at our old place and when we purchased our new place he did the Termite Inspection. Not only that, but when he and his partner arrived they found a 5 ft rattlesnake and dispatched it before we moved in. Thank God!! The Bug Man is the ONLY pest control service I will EVER use!!

Herman came to our house on his day off to spray the house for us. We thought we had a certain type of bug, but he did a careful inspection and concluded that this wasn't the case. He did a general spray. I've had him come by in he past to spray for ants and cockroaches, and he has always been successful at getting rid of our pests. He's very friendly and thoughtful as well.

They are dependable and do a great job. Good guy.

I would advise other people to deal with them, but, they didn't get rid of my ants. I give them high ratings and would use them again in the future.

They were very prompt and really easy to deal with. It is a family owed business. They do such a good job that I don't have to call them for more than a year. They use environmentally friendly products which is really important to me because I have small dogs. I will absolutely continue to use them again.

I only use him when I need him. The price is fair. I have used him for many years. He has been in business for a long time. He was highly recommended to me.

I was just posting a rating for my housekeeper and thought I would throw one in for these guys. I have NEVER had a bug man spend so much time at my house. I have had service for over 20 years and they usually spend 15 minutes tops for the entire service. This guys takes an entire hour (90% outside) spraying every possible inch of your yard. For the first time in forever I do not feel uncomfortable cutting the ivy or trimming bushes because we have seen absolutely no living bugs anywhere. Normally every time the bug man came there would be the outside roaches lying dead all over the place and with this company you don't see that. I thought this was a bad thing until I realized it was because the bugs don't even come into our yard anymore between sprays. Plus the old service came every month and The Bug Man only comes every three months for about 1/3 less money. I still had spiders and roaches with the last guy but with The Bug Man absolutely nothing. And yes, he is super polite and professional as well as the office staff when they call to remind you they are coming!
