Shoddy work, windows in new addition fell out, ruined the existing wood floors and would not repair, put a heater vent in the middle of the floor in the kitchen, used watered down paint over bare dry wall, attached skylights with old bent nails so the first rain ruined the ceilings, used 4 different types of baseboards throughout the house, stated he had replaced the roof and he did no such thing the roof still leaks.  He laid the backyard patio where it floods when it rains. This 2 month update took longer than 9 months before he decided it was completed.  He did not get any of the appropriate permits. When we refused the last payment until repairs were made he had a lien placed on the house.  We won the lawsuit but did not receive any money since he filed bankruptcy. It took an additional 25,000 to repair the damage.
