Oakridge Roofing Construction

Oakridge did a fantastic job replacing our modified bitumen flat roof with a new 60-mil TPO roof. The job included removing and disposal of old roof, replacing decking as needed (lots needed replacing), installing new canales, and replacing several sky lights. The Oakridge team worked long and hard hours to complete the job. They installed foam pads on top of decking and under TPO to create proper slopes as needed and improve drainage. There was a lot of attention to detail when sealing all the roof penetrations. It rained the day after they finished, and the roof shed water like never before. There was no standing water/puddles on the roof after it rained, unlike the old roof, which always had large puddles that would last for days. We had previously seen the quality work that Oakridge does when they re-roofed my mother-in-law's house and we had no hesitation in hiring them for our own. They were very responsive to request to reconfigure one of the canales to direct water away from the house. Manny and Karla run a great company and we would heartily recommend them to any of our friends and family.

Manny and his team are awesome. The prices quoted for the job were far more reasonable than other roofers we contacted. And the work was excellent. In essence, I highly recommend Manny at Oakridge construction if you need a quality roof installation for a fair and honest price. We are very happy with the work we had done at our home and will be referring our friends and family to Manny if they need a roof. The Oakridge team did a great job. We were very happy from the estimate through the end product. Manny did a great job explaining his strategy for reroofing, since every roofer we met with during estimates had a different approach. We felt comfortable with the quality of the membrane material, with Manny's expertise, and the cost.
The team worked very quickly and did a great job managing all the old roofing junk that came down. Our yard was in good shape, which we appreciated. The team also helped with the installation of new skylights and to haul up and mount a new swamp cooler.
The only aspect we weren't thrilled with was some schedule delays, which may not have been in Oakridge's control. The job was scheduled to start after a long holiday weekend and the supplies weren't in from the vendor in time AND we had some rain or threat of rain to contend with. All in all, the team finished promptly and did a great job once they got past the initial schedule delays.

The provider came on time on the day of the appointment. He gave us an estimate and did all the work as promised.
