They could be a little more straightforward about the work they are doing on the car. The person who was working on my car smelled really bad. He has really toxic breath and he physically smelled bad. Unfortunately, he was the one who had to come to me and give me information about doing the repairs. I usually do not generally pay attention to that, but it was where I did not want to be near the person. They should help their personnel to be more hygienic. The actual work they did was good quality. The waiting area was nice. The manager was very nice and helpful. I am less likely to use them again.

After 45 minutes, he showed us that one of the lugs on the wheel was busted. I don't know how that could have been there before we went in. They rotated the tires when they did the oil change, and I think they would notice it then. They had to replace it and it took a couple more hours. I probably wouldn't go back. I thought the management should have been more responsive in that situation. I had to discuss all this with the mechanic that mentioned the issue.

This store is my regular store. I have used them for years. Once in awhile I go to a different one but for the most part I go here. They changed the oil, advised what other service was due on the truck. When I said I didn't want the extras riht now they were fine with it.
