His carpentry skills are great, but his plumbing is pretty poor. The sink is leaking and the irrigation well is not working. He installed a vent that he didn’t seal, and it rained in my house. He just left without completing the work. He hasn’t communicated with me in any way. He started off strong, but he spent a lot of time shopping for parts, which I had to pay for his time. I also had to pay to have his work corrected and finished. I have repeatedly called and left messages, and he hasn't returned any of my calls even after I left him know he damaged my new home.
