I was nervous at first due to my inexperience with security systems and protocols, but Kevin at Herringbone was incredibly knowledgeable and understanding. The previous encounter I had with another provider left me feeling like I was getting in over my head as I was treated like an idiot and talked down to. I was almost taked into spending close to 40% more for a similar system, and a few bells & whistles I didn't need, or request! Kevin was very thorough and to be honest...patient. I ended up with a system I could manage, a professionally installed fence, and an alarm system that fit my needs completely. To say I am happy with Herringbone's services would be an understatement!
